The Lotus at the center symbolizes the presence of the Almighty in the form of  Lord Krishna. From the center there is a rise of luminosity symbolizing the transcendental power where Sri Krishna says,

         samah satrau cha mitre cha tatha maanaapamaanayoh  I

         shobhaashubhaparityagee bhaktimanyah sa me priya    II

 “He who neither rejoices nor abhors, neither sorrows nor desires, who has abandoned good and evil, he full of love and adoration is      dear to Me.”                                           Srimad- Bhagavad –Gita, Ghapter 12, Sloka 17
