Brush is an Award Ceremony, first of its kind in India for
the young artists of India

object is to boost the morale of the talented artist to go
ahead in their work of art and be noted to the art market
• The
award includes cash prize, a trophy, exposure to the
media, organizing exhibitions for them and extend all
kinds of help in marketing their paintings
•It
is an opportunity and platform for the young artists to go
forward in their future bigger ventures
Unlike cinema, photography and other visual media
there are no awards for painting that is given away with
fanfare and gala celebration. Yet paintings are sold at
phenomenal prices and painters are revered as celebrities. The
art market is expanding very fast. It is for this reason
‘The Eye Within’ has envisaged a prize giving ceremony
which will be both aesthetically rewarding, artistic and
glamorous.
Each year a few awards will be given away in
glamorous celebration and as an affair to remember.
‘Golden Brush’ will be an award given to a
work by an artist which has been considered the best for that
year.
Besides there will be Four Silver Brush award for
