- We will charge 15% on the sales for painting values less than 10 lakh, 10% for the value between 10 lakh and 1 crore, and 7.5% for the value more than 1 crore.
- IMP will inform you once the sale is done.
- Within 3 days of intimation, the seller should deliver the art work of IMP’s office at their own cost.
- IMP will dispatch the work to the buyer.
- After 7 days of the receipt of the artwork by the buyer, IMP will pay the sale proceeds after deducting their charges to the seller (GST as applicable).
- In case, of any claim by the buyer about the authenticity and the prominences of the artwork in future, the seller is liable to refund the money within 7 days’ notice.
- In case you have sold any artwork you have to inform us immediately.
