·        Terms of payment: 100% advance.

·        Terms of sale: as per invoice.

·        Duties and any other taxes, wherever applicable, will be directly paid by the buyer.

·        The provenance of the artwork has been provided by IMP based on available documentation from past owners. Although the identity of previous owners cannot be disclosed, IMP believes that the provided provenance offers the best record of the artwork's pedigree at the time of the invoice. However, updates to the provenance may occur if new information is discovered. It's important to note that IMP holds no legal responsibility for any future changes to the artwork's provenance.
