Yes, IMP confirms the authenticity of the artwork. However, buyers are encouraged to seek advice from their own experts before making a purchase.
In case of an authenticity dispute, IMP will refund the purchase price (excluding GST duties) upon verification, as supported by documented evidence.
Payment must be made in full in advance, as per the terms outlined in the invoice.
The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes that may apply.
