·        IMP confirms that the artwork is genuine and authentic. However, IMP is taking the utmost care to check the authenticity and prominence of the artwork; however, buyers should take advice from their experts before buying the artwork.

·        IMP will entertain the buyer’s concerns about the authentication of the artwork within 1 year of receipt of the artwork, but it should be backed by proper documentation.

·        IMP will return only the purchase price (without GST duties) etc.

·        Prior to the refund the buyer will return the artwork in perfect condition to IMP at their own cost.
